Bentley in our auction history. We monitor ~180,000 cars weekly across Japanese auction networks. Bentley surfaces most often as: Continental, Bentayga, Flying Spur, Arnage and Azure. Every lot lands on our desk before the bid: auction sheet, detail photos, repair history, inspector report.

Where they surface. In our history Bentley comes mostly from Tokyo, Nagoya＆Hokuriku and Nagoya & Hokuriku. That matters because every network runs its own beat: USS Tokyo closes Thursdays, HAA Kobe Tuesdays, TAA Yokohama Fridays. We know when to bid and when to walk.

Years and prices. Our Bentley records span 1993–2025. Start prices range 50k JPY to 27M JPY (hammer typically lands 1.3–2× the start). On top of that: RoRo shipping (€1,200–1,800), 10% customs, 3.1% or 18.6% excise (engine-dependent), 23% VAT. Full landed-cost calculator sits on the homepage.

Why Japan, not Germany. Bentley cars in Japan were bought by Bentley Japan dealers and Tokyo/Osaka private collectors. Shaken inspections every two years filter out rusty examples. From the German market you end up with the same cars that have circled there for five years, with the odometer rolled back twice.

Can a Bentley from a Japanese auction be registered in Poland?

Yes, every Bentley we ship from Japan gets registered in Poland. We need a sworn translation of the Japanese shakensho, a CEPiK entry and an SKP roadworthiness test. Lead time: 7–14 days from arrival at Gdynia or Bremerhaven.

What does a Bentley cost landed in Poland?

Hammer price + 10% customs + 3.1% excise (engine ≤2.0L) or 18.6% (engine >2.0L) + 23% VAT + shipping (€1,200–1,800 RoRo). Plus our fee and port handling. Full landed-cost calculator lives on the Karasaki homepage.

How long does it take from auction win to delivery in Poland?

45–60 days on average: auction (1 day), domestic transport to Yokohama (3–5 days), RoRo loading (5–7 days dwell), voyage to Bremerhaven (28–35 days), customs clearance (5–7 days), PL transport (1–2 days), registration (7–14 days).

How do you verify a car before the bid?

Three layers: (1) Japanese auction inspector grades the car on the sheet (grade S–0, interior A–D, body damage codes). (2) Our Yokohama inspector physically reviews lots heading to hammer cap. (3) Client signs off on the report before we bid. Hammer cap = the ceiling we won't cross.

Are Bentley cars EU-legal on emissions and type approval?

Bentley cars carry factory emissions documentation and a type-approval valid in the EU. Past 25 years of age, the car gets classic-vehicle status and bypasses Euro 6 cat requirements. Most of our lots fall at or close to that threshold.
