    The Maybach S-Class is the flagship Mercedes-Maybach saloon, with an extended wheelbase and a cabin centred on the rear seats. The first X222 generation arrived in 2015; the current Z223 develops it with new electronics, lounge-style seats and even richer personalisation. The S 580 uses a 4.0 V8 biturbo with a mild hybrid making around 496 hp, while the flagship S 680 runs the 6.0 V12 biturbo at around 612 hp. Every version has 4MATIC drive and a nine-speed automatic gearbox.

    Which version to choose?

    S 580 4MATIC

    The most commonly seen version. A 4.0 V8 biturbo with a mild hybrid making around 496 hp, 4MATIC drive and a nine-speed automatic. It combines balanced performance with the full Maybach luxury package.

    S 680 4MATIC (V12)

    The flagship with the 6.0 V12 biturbo making around 612 hp. It is the only Maybach S-Class with a V12, prized for the smoothness and special character of the engine.

    Special editions and Manufaktur

    Limited runs and bespoke Manufaktur configurations, with two-tone paint, unique upholstery and trim. The most sought-after by collectors and clients who value exclusivity.
