Container (Japan → Gdynia)

The car is secured inside a sea container — full protection from the weather and mechanical damage. We recommend it for higher-value cars, special colours, and for collectors who want to ship extra spare parts in the same container.

RoRo (Japan → European port)

The car drives onto the vessel on its own wheels. A faster and cheaper option, without the extra mechanical protection. From the port we arrange overland transport to Poland. We agree the route together for each car, depending on its value and the delivery time.

Customs clearance and registration

Full customs clearance at the Polish port. 10% duty, 23% VAT, 3.1% excise (engines ≤ 2.0 L) or 18.6% (engines > 2.0 L). Sworn translation of the export certificate, the purchase invoice and the customs invoice, the technical inspection and registration at the vehicle office; we handle all of it on your behalf, as a private individual or a company.

Insurance

Vehicles are insured at every stage of the process: on the secure yard in Japan, while waiting for freight, during ocean transport, and while awaiting customs clearance. Full cover right up to the moment you take delivery.
