    We advise and present the best candidates

    We suggest which models are genuinely worth considering. You get concrete proposals with realistic landed estimates. Once you pick the car to bid on — we go.

    Paperwork and security

    We sign a simple, transparent contract that protects both sides. We also collect a deposit — fully refundable if we don't manage to buy the car. The deposit lets us enter the auction.

    Inspection and bidding

    Our on-site inspector checks the car thoroughly before auction — paint thickness, photos, technical assessment. If everything checks out, we bid for you.

    Purchase and payment

    After winning the bid you receive an invoice from our Japanese broker. Payment is in yen — we give you simple instructions for a safe transfer. You have 3 days.

    Ocean shipping

    The car sets off for Europe. The longest waiting period — but you're already one step from the finish.

    Customs clearance

    The car arrives in Europe and goes through customs. We handle it on either a private individual or company — whichever works for you.

    We deliver your car to your address anywhere in Europe. On request we arrange a detail, and can even wrap it like a gift.

    Frequently asked questions

    Flat 8,000 PLN fee (8,000 PLN net), regardless of the car's price. The same rate applies to a popular car and a supercar. On top of that come the real import costs: the auction price, Japanese-side fees, shipping, duty, VAT and excise. Every quote is prepared individually.
    The deposit is fully refundable if we don't manage to buy a car. If we miss your budget, we go back to monitoring upcoming auctions — at no extra cost.
    The standard import lead time from Japan is about 3 months. The exact schedule depends on the auction location (USS Tokyo / Yokohama / HAA Kobe…) and freight availability on that route. We confirm timing per car.
    We don't bid. If the on-site inspection (paint thickness, photos, technical assessment) doesn't match the auction sheet, we walk away and move to the next candidate.
    Yes. The full process — contract, payment, customs clearance and the registration paperwork — can be set up for either a private individual or a company, whichever suits you better.

    What you pay, and when
    • The deposit is 10% of the starting price, minimum PLN 8,000. We refund it in full if we don't win the car.
    • Our fee is a flat PLN 8,000, due only after the car is delivered to Poland.
