How does registering a Honda Prelude from Japan work in Poland?

Japanese paperwork (shaken) is accepted by the Polish registration office. Required: sworn translation, CEPiK entry, SKP roadworthiness test. The process takes 7–14 days from arrival at Gdynia or Bremerhaven.
