    The AMG GT is the brand's flagship sports car, designed entirely in Affalterbach. The two-door coupe and roadster of the first generation (C190) are powered by the 4.0 V8 biturbo M178 with its hot-inside-V turbocharger layout. The range also includes the four-door GT 4-Door Coupe (X290) and a new generation coupe (C192). Drive goes to the rear axle or to both axles in 4MATIC+ variants.

    The GT C adds rear-axle steering and a widened body, while the GT R is the track-focused version with the most aggressive V8 tune and race-inspired aerodynamics.
