99% of the Volkswagen lots in our database are left-hand drive, so the most common import question, which side the wheel is on, does not come up here.
Supply is growing: 82 new Volkswagen lots in the last 30 days, 72 in the 30 before. A good moment to compare several cars instead of taking the first.
The most common Volkswagen model years in our database are 1993, 1997 and 2003, yet together they cover only 25% of the lots with a known model year: several generations meet at the auctions.
At a median starting price of 300k JPY (264 priced Volkswagen auctions), taxes and shipping make up most of the bill, so it pays to look for the best example rather than the cheapest.
