Where they came from. Our Triumph cars came from HAA Kobe and Tokyo. That matters because every network runs its own beat: USS Tokyo closes Thursdays, HAA Kobe Tuesdays, TAA Yokohama Fridays. We know when to bid and when to walk.
Years and prices. Our history holds 3 Triumph cars: model years 1964–1966, start prices 100k JPY to 1.8M JPY (hammer typically lands 1.3–2× the start). Why Japan, not Germany. Shaken inspections every two years filter out rusty examples, and the odometer reading is recorded at each inspection, so rolling it back leaves a trace. From the German market you end up with the same cars that have circled there for five years, with the odometer rolled back twice.
