Citroen at auction — this week

Why Citroen?
Citroen in our auction history. We monitor ~180,000 cars weekly across Japanese auction networks. Citroen surfaces most often as: SM, Berlingo, Saxo, 2CV6 and C3. Every lot lands on our desk before the bid: auction sheet, detail photos, repair history, inspector report.
Where they surface. In our history Citroen comes mostly from Tokyo, Nagoya and Shizuoka. That matters because every network runs its own beat: USS Tokyo closes Thursdays, HAA Kobe Tuesdays, TAA Yokohama Fridays. We know when to bid and when to walk.
Years and prices. Our Citroen records span 1974–2020. Start prices range 10k JPY to 980k JPY (hammer typically lands 1.3–2× the start). On top of that: RoRo shipping (€1,200–1,800), 10% customs, 3.1% or 18.6% excise (engine-dependent), 23% VAT. Full landed-cost calculator sits on the homepage.
Why Japan, not Germany. Citroen cars in Japan were bought by Citroen Japan dealers and Tokyo/Osaka private collectors. Shaken inspections every two years filter out rusty examples. From the German market you end up with the same cars that have circled there for five years, with the odometer rolled back twice.
