    Which version to choose?

    4.3 V8 Vantage (2005–2008)

The original with the naturally aspirated 4.3 at around 380 hp. The most affordable, prized for its clean shape and analogue character. Best with the six-speed manual.

    4.7 V8 Vantage (2008–2017)

After a facelift the engine grew to 4.7 with up to 426 hp. Better flexibility and pace, offered with a manual or the Sportshift. The most all-round choice in the range.

    V8 Vantage S

A stronger 4.7 at around 436 hp, with a sharper chassis and a seven-speed Sportshift II. A more performance-focused character while keeping GT comfort.

    V12 Vantage and V12 Vantage S

The flagship with the 5.9 V12 shoehorned into the compact body. The most powerful, most sought-after first-generation car, especially the manual S.
